Health Force offers employment in both the home care and institutional setting.
Home health aides (CHHAs) certified by the New Jersey Board of Nursing are employed in the home setting as well as private duty care in an assisted living facility, nursing home or hospital. Hourly and live-in assignments are available.
Non-certified companions are employed in the home to provide homemaking services. Where allowed, companions can also work in an assisted living facility, nursing home or hospital for private duty care.
RNs, LPNs, and CNAs are utilized in healthcare facilities throughout the state for temporary, per diem staffing assignments. A minimum of one year experience is required.
RNs are also utilized in the home setting to complete patient assessments, care planning and home health aide supervisions for non-skilled, non-medical clients.
All personnel hired by Health Force are employees of the company. All employees are bonded and insured. All employees are covered by workers compensation and liability insurance.
